I am a problem solver, an out-of-box thinker, mindful & compassionate, and overall a hard worker. I was born on the East coast, raised in a small coastal town off the Pacific coast in Oregon and currently reside in Portland, Oregon. After earning a B.S. in General Science at Oregon State University, I continued my journey in Pharmaceutical Studies where I earned my second B.S. One turn after the other I ultimately discovered and transitioned into Information Technology with my recent title as an IT Senior Support Technician in the last 5 years for a Managed Service Provider. This experience has afforded me invaluable skills starting at the Help Desk and further migrating to the Infrastructure team. Through my years of experience, I’ve earned a CompTIA Network+ and Cisco CCNA while currently embarking on a path towards attaining a Microsoft AZ104 (Azure Administrator) certification. I have been fortunate to have developed various skills and experienced multiple technologies during my recent tenure as a technician.
